Day 2: Weak and blobbing

i broke the cardinal rule of going vegetarian. i had meat.
couldn't help it!

it was a typical day at the gym. except instead of doing 30 mins on the treadmill, i tried a new treadmill workout, which lasted 60 mins.
after the workout, i felt SO HUNGRY. and think had a bit of gastric too.

so i really had no choice.

especially since when i got back, the vege looked so...sikit (not much)...and i remembered mrs mumsie made some grilled fish (pic on the left is not the true depiction of actual fish consumed).

i ravaged the fish. and felt so guilty after that.

*sob*

and this morning, hoping that the 60 min workout would have transformed me into a toned and svelte babe...i was sorely disappointed to see that..NOT ONLY do i look like a BLOB...my skin was dry...and...wrinkly *shudder*...
so depressed.
got up and worked out a bit. after having my shower, i digged out my old "slimming" creams...and slathered it on my legs. *arrgh*...
was thinking of wearing my boardshorts for tomorrow's rafting. strongly think (for the safety of the others)...i will instead try to find one of those...LOOONG SWIMMING TIGHTS (worn by swimmers). that way, no one will die of shock and horror...

hmmm...ok maybe not the FULL suit..but wonder if there is such a thing as..."slimming" swimming tights...something that could make my body look like the girl's in the pic...:p
