spring cleaning...again?

its more like winter cleaning, considering the fact that it is february. been raining and pissing it down just about everyday. the weather is quite erratic, seeing as its not supposed to be rainy monsoon season.


spent the 2nd half of yesterday cleaning up my room. started with sorting out my clothes (kinda ended there too...:p).

managed to fill up 1 bin bag full of clothes to-be-given-away, and another big bag full of clothes to-be-sold-at-sura sura/tops&bottoms/(sr)squared/suitsyou.com.

finally had the guts to open the cupboards at the top. managed to clear out ONE part. found really, really old bags that i used to use since i was in primary school (boy, i sure am a hoarder!). so, got another bin bag and stuffedit all in. felt...lighter. i don't feel too bad about throwing those stuff away. even found some of my older brother's old toys (legos, an ancient, pre-historic video game, remote control truck). removed them all.


my only concern now are...my teddy bears.



how do i give them up? i know i should! but, i have always envisioned giving it to my daughters (if i were to have any) one day. then again, i am sure mcdreamy and i will be buying new toys for them. a bit perplexed about this. to throw or not to throw...


and my books! i have been keeping all my books since the day i knew how to read (in boxes cause ran out of shelf space). from the peter & janes to the enid blytons to the rl stines & christopher pikes. i grew up with these books. i know i should donate it to the more unfortunate, but i don't know how to let go of these books. *sigh*...mrs mumsie has been pestering me to get rid of these too...*choke*.



if anything, i would rather let go of my teddies rather than my books.
