if we can go back in time...

as i grew up, listening to my parents stories about growing up in the past, i have often wondered how it would be for me if i were growing up during their times.
of course, how i imagine it to be is largely influenced by the movies i have watched set in those times, and of course in the West.
honestly, i don't know how i would survive wearing tight flares, afros, lack of hair straighteners, no ultra thin sanitary pads, high technology facial creams, etc. haha...
