[Updated] could my prayers by answered?

as i logged onto my computer, i went through my daily ritual.
  1. check gmail
  2. check facebook
  3. check the star
all in that order.
so, when i opened my gmail, an email practically jumped into my face.

have they been hearing my plea for the perfect jeans???
all you need to do is:
  1. register yourself
  2. put in your measurements: chest, waist & hips. [Tip: Unless you want to wear your jeans way up high, best to take the waist measurement where you would like the jeans to sit, rather than the smallest part]
  3. click on 'Show me what fits'.
because i am a 'shapely pear'
What stands out about you is your petite upper body. Delicate, strappy tops look great on you, and so do well-fitted blouses. Your arms are also likely to be in good shape, so go ahead and show them off! Your lower half body is all woman - with strong thighs and curvy hips. Slip into a pair of bootcut jeans to show off those curves while creating a streamlined silhoutte.
not something i have not heard. bootcuts.
and so, the "recommended" Levi's for me are the:

Levi's Red Tab 770 Audrey Best-in-class Jeans

[Update: Wow! These are slim cut jeans...not bootcut. yet, they were the no. 1 recommended jeans for my bodyshape! tried them on. & they DO look nice! However, a word of advice to those blessed with a pear shape...ALWAYS "pear" it with a long flowy top. Or you will end up looking like a sausage. or carrot. not sure which is worst]

Levi's 577 Bootcut Jeans
[Update: Now these are the bootcut jeans! They were very nice. made my bum looked nice too. It says tight bootcut...and believe me, they were not lying. :p i wish i can slim my fat knees down. haha!]

Will update after lunch, once i have gone to "test" their FitGuide.

[Update: Conclusion is, i will get both pairs. in fact, i will get 3 pairs.
  1. 1 577 in dark denim, LONG to be worn with heels,
  2. 1 577 in a slightly lighter wash for casual wear & shortened to be worn with flats
  3. 1 770 in dark denim, 1 inch short...just nice for flats OR heels.
Think it will set me back quite a bit...*sigh*...but jeans are an investment. especially nice ones...:)]
