hehe, i can write this today...because weirdly enough my mood has uplifted.
my new year started pretty rocky with certain events that made me go..."sigh, anyt

1. Car Issues
what do you know. as i put my key in the ignition...it sputtered pathetically. it had that weird, grinding sound. reminded me of that Strepsils ad, where the throat was like a not-oiled machine. ok, that probably didn't make any sense.
called the mechanic, who said it is probably the battery. he brought a battery, but turned out that it was the wrong one for my car!
so, he had to jumpstart my car and i had to drive to the workshop.
RM268 it cost me.
the only good thing that happenned that day was, mcdreamy coming home for lunch (i was immobolised!).
2. Falling sick
finally, on sunday...i went to the doctor's.
i was diagnosed with Tonsilitis. again! i get it every year. onli this time, it is in the beginning of the year.
3. Crash & Burn
i COULD use that as an excuse on why i disappeared for so long.
but, i won't. i was just too lazy (and demotivated) to write.
worst thing is, i could only get it repaired once i get back to work. so when i returned to work last Monday, i was assured that everything i had on my computer is safe. because it was my motherboard that was corrupted. *breathe a sigh of relief*. and this is why now i am backing up ALL my files from now on. hihi.
So, after the chain of mis-fortunes, i decided that i need to do something different.
a new year means another chance to do things differently.
it might not work.
but it's worth a shot.
i started off with...
chopping my hair off.
yes, i did! it wasn't exactly like the most voted hairstyle (Hairstyle 8), or even like Olga Kurylenko (my first girl crush)...
but i do kinda like it (despite missing my long hair!)...:)...what do you think?
