wonky weighing machine

i am a bit perplexed. weighed myself yesterday and realised that i put on TWO kilos! wtf!?

putting aside my self-denial...it made sense. i basically stuffed myself during the weekend.

i have this disease, whereby if i were to lose ANY weight i get super confident and think it is OK to gorge on food. which then leads me to putting on more weight than i lost. *sigh*

during the weekend...i did not work out. all i did was eat.
Saturday
1. cereal for breakfast
2. duck confit pasta (at delicious)...which was delicious) + garlic bread
3. fish soup
4. LARGE popcorn at the movies

Sunday
1. roti bakar + 2 half-boiled eggs + hot barley drink at the kopitiam
2. Mcd's Spicy McChicken Deluxe
3. Apple + Cheese + Roast Chicken salad + Caffe Mocha at Wondermilk
4. CNY open house - Fried Mee Hoon + Buttered Prawns + Fried Fish + Fruits
all this made me gain 2 kilos. shite.
battle plan --> 60 mins treadmill everyday this week + reduce carbs.
So, yesterday i was on mainly protein. had cereal for breakfast, nandos for lunch and chicken soup for dinner. at night, i went to the gym and did 40 mins on treadmill (had to leave early cause was supposed to meet mrs soapy).

and today, i weighed myself again. i lost 2-2.5 kilos (it kept on changing). so i realised that the weighing machine could be wonky.

time to invest in a new, super-digital, calculates-body-fat kind of weighing machine. like this OSIM one.
