i was clad in something that resembled my pyjamas.
geared with my small tupperware of shisa tobacco (sugus + mint!), made my way to mrs soapy's house.
as i arrived, the ladies were already bbq-ing the chicken and hot dogs.
mrs soapy even prepared probably the best mash potatoes, with just the right amount of lumpiness!
which was very well complimented with miss na na's from-the-box-just-add-water brown sauce.
we chatted about life and politics over chicken, hot dogs, mashers and a choice of apple juice and coca cola.
sadly, there are no pics. forgot to take some.
after dinner, we prepared the best shisha i have ever had!
the shishas i have had at rasta, hartamas sq and MSI always gets "rough" very fast and ends up making me nauseous after a while. could be the charcoal.
we even improvised the construct of the shisha pot, because a part was missing (miss ray ray left the rubber stopper that was supposed to make it air tight). instead, we used paper towels, tin foil and rubber bands...and it worked perfectly fine!
it was a good night. we had a mini-crying session...whilst pouring our thoughts & feelings out.
i am happy that we got everything off our chests. and even happier that there was no problem to begin with.
i love you ladies to bits! my pillars...
