bought this eye cream 2 days ago.have this issue with my eyes (besides being almost blind).
really bad eye bags, lines, dark circles. you name it...i have it all.
i always think (the narcissist in me that is) that if i could JUST get rid of these eye bags/lines/dark circles...i am sure i could be quite gorgeous.
yes yes...i am laughing too.
