...that i won't be writing.
but i just cannot not write about this.
i was reading my cleo August 08. as usual, there are loads of advertisement and little booklets promoting what's hot and what's not. so, amongst all the reading materials, there was a little booklet introducing a new make up range, RMK (Japan).
at the back of the booklet, there was a promotion.
at the back of the booklet, there was a promotion.
you will receive complimentary RMK products with every consultation (of course you have to bring the booklet along with you).
being my true freebie-crazed self...i went to their counter in Isetan KLCC for my makeover.
i would post up a pic...but i am in the office and there is no discreet way i could pose and pout for the camera...:p
however, let me try to describe it best i could.
the make up artist, kelvin, mentioned that all their products are water-based and does not contain mineral oil. this hopefully ensures there will be no angry pimples cropping up.
A light liquid-type makeup base that is quickly absorbed, and covers the skin finely and evenly to create soft smooth skin.
2. RMK Creamy Foundation (No. 104)
This foundation is applied evenly and provides a fresh, natural, long-lasting finish.
i have to say, it does give good coverage. he even used it at my undereye. it does subtly covers, but due to my chronic dark circles, i would still need a concealer. but if you are just looking for light coverage...this seems to be very good.
3. RMK Mix Colors for Cheeks
the same concept as the blusher. again, he chose me an orangey lip gloss. it was surprisingly very nice and gave a very pinkish sheen to my lips. according to him, it can last for a very long time!
even when you drink.
we'll see.
anyway, now i have some sample sized foundation and make up base! will try it over the next few days. :)
i have to say, overall the make up feels very light and comfortable.

hi ectopy - i am glad you enjoy reading my blog..:)
the 'magic spray'? honestly, i have no idea. my mom gets it from a friend who got it from another friend...and so on.
but, i can let you know the name. it is 'Giovane Age Defying'. On the bottle it says...
'...is an organic solution formulated from fruits, flowers and natural aromas. it helps to reduce visible fine lines and lighten the skin tone without disturbances to the skin's natural balance, leaving your skin feeling lifted, firmer, smooth and supple...'
hope this helps!
hi anonymous,
the price is based on the design/cloth/beadwork. it should range from RM5k-10k.
i have to say though that i am very pleased with Salleh's work. it turned out beautifully!
:)
