dilemma

i wish...

my hair is long, at least up till the middle of my back...
it is voluminous but not bushy & frizzy...
the right amount of wave to make it look lustrous...or super shiny to look chic & sleek...

but instead...

my hair is a few inches below my shoulder. and has stayed that way for the past 6 months...
is either very bushy & frizzy, when i go light on the products...but greasy & limpy, when i actually put any...
have curls in places where there shouldn't be curls...like my fringe...

my daily ritual consists of...shampooing, conditioning, leave-in conditioner, blow dry, serum, straighten hair...
it's amazing that i am not late to work on most days...

feeling sick & tired with my hair...i have started fantasising myself adorning a shorter, chic hairstyle.

a bob maybe?
shoulder length?
chin length?
one of those...long at the front, shorter at the back? (a'la miss sopie)

my hair idol is jennifer aniston. ever so versatile. her hair is ALWAYS gorgeous!

at times i do think about re-bonding my hair. but fear that it will appear 'limp' & 'lifeless' albeit 'smooth' & 'shiny' kinda freaks me out.

more importantly, i am craving for a healthier scalp & hair. when i get stressed (or eat too much wheat products), i get dry & itchy scalp, which i am sure is making my hair drop.

arrgh! decisions decisions...

to cut? or not to cut...

help!

xoxo, troubled hair

you shampoo your hair everyday?!
maybe that's why your hair is frizzy. you only need to shampoo your hair two to three times a week...

thing is, i have to wash it everyday...
cause if i don't, my hair will get really greasy and my scalp will itch!

however, i do use a very mild shampoo.
