so far, no meat has passed through these lips today.
breakfast: cereal & milk
break: coffee
lunch: 1/2 bowl of rice, 2 diff types of vege, tofu, fried egg (i said reduce)...
tea/dinner/pre-gym: sour mango, sweet mango, sungold melon, taufu fah (beancurd), banana
post-gym (feeling very hungry): chocotop (eek!) and 5-6 pistachio nuts
was supposed to go for yoga today. tried to make it for ninie's 615pm class. but had to leave at 5 for that. i left at 520pm. despite good traffic, i couldn't make it in time. so, decided that i will make it up at gym.
was going to try out this new 'treadmill workout' i got from the annual preventive magazine. it was OK...gave me a burning feeling in my calves, but didn't sweat as much. i will try again tomorrow.
side effects from going vegetarian:
1. more focused
2. more energetic
3. hyper and giggly
4. HUNGRY
we will see Day 2.
p/s: just remembered that we are going water rafting on Thursday. think i might have to take some meat then...:p
