self-imposed ban

i am going vegetarian this week. why?
nothing to do with religion (as Islam does not require you to omit meat from your diet). nothing to do with 'safe the animals' campaign.

i need to lose weight!
like any other big-bottomed girls, i am very conscious of my a**.
like any other big-bottomed girls, you would actually catch me checking my a** in the mirror
(stand with back facing mirror...and twist waist to see reflection).


i had the biggest shock to see how my bottom has...inflated over the past week. hormones? bad diet? probably a bit (or a lot!) of both.
hence, i am going to "detox" myself.

1. no meat
2. drink extra one bottle of water (scary though..just found out that there is such thing as a 'water poisoning').
3. more fruits and vege (no choice here)
4. no snacking (no chocs/biscuits/keropok lekor/)
5. stop reduce eating fried/oily foods
6. no more shisha (i don't even enjoy it anymore)


had shisha yesterday evening. my stomach was relatively empty at that point of time. i badly wanted the yummy, disgustingly oily keropok lekor. the banner (which was right in front of my face) was mocking me.

so, to cease the temptation, i ordered plates of watermelon. and had some shisha.


by the time i got back, i was bloated and nauseous. couldn't get out of bed. wanted to throw up. but there's nothing much to throw up. needed food. was going to go to 1utama with mcdreamy.


thankfully, by the time i got some food in me, i felt better. had nandos. would have preferred it to be crunchier or garing...but had no choice, seeing as i was hungry. and this was my last meat meal...

i shall persevere (hopefully!)
