1. excessive weight (especially around abdomen)
2. craving for sweet, starchy, fatty foods (always)
3. constant hunger (ok...i wouldn't say CONSTANT per se)
4. difficulty losing weight (duh!)
5. fatigue (not so much since i started yoga again)
6. feeling groggy in the morning (isn't this...normal?)
7. feeling the urge to lie down frequently (again..isn't this normal?)
8. constipation (sadly so, yes)
9. heartburn (still unsure how this feels like. i prob get it, but never knew its heartburn)
10. bad breath (tsk...no)
11. abdominal bloating or gas (i think mcdreamy can vouch for this...to a certain extent)
12. bitter taste in mouth (only when i am falling sick)
13. irritability or anger (again...mcdreamy can vouch for this)
14. depression (quite often...but isn't this psychological?)
15. negative thoughts (hmmm...isn't it due to surroundings?)
16. mood swings (yikes)
17. poor concentration (nah)
18. always feeling stressed (maybe)
19. ache in upper right abdomen (nopes)
20. headaches related to tension or stress (sometimes...just don't really pay attention to it)
21. joint pain (YES YES YES...my knees are KILLING ME)
22. benign breast cysts (alhamdulillah, no...at least it went away)
23. PMS (more like round the clock)
24. infertility (yikes..never checked before..but i do get my mensus)
25. dark undereye circles (no cream is making it go away)
26. acne (occasional spot here and there)
27. skin rash (having it right now actually)
28. poor skin tone (nothing make up won't cure)
29. spider veins (yes!...but i thought this was caused by my injury?)
30. dark patches of skin pigmentation (nopes)
31. itching (yes)
32. psoriasis - dryitchy scalp (only when i am stressed)
33. frequent bruising (i thought i was just clumsy!!)
34. hemmorhoids (nopes...:p)
35. premature again (some still think i am 15...:p)
36. body odor (no one has avoided/cringed near me yet..so i guess no?)
37. excess body heat (i am cool)
38. water retention (yes! yes! yes!)
39. dry eyes (at the moment...very)
40. itchy, red, eyes (yes yes yes!)
41. weak tendons, ligaments, muscles (this is getting freaky)
42. stools that float (i thought that meant...healthy!?)
43. light-coloured stools (i think mine are normal)
