
so, to be honest...the title should be renamed to:
no coffee - day 1
feeling somewhat irritable and tummy feels weirdly empty (considering i had my herbalife shake this morning).
i am sure it's all in my head.
so trying very hard to psych myself.
according to the diet...i can have a mid-morning snack.
so i made 2 hard boiled eggs this morning.
it is like calling out to me.
what qualifies as mid-morning anyway?
seeing as i had my shake at around 730am...i should be able to eat at 1030am.
*hungry*...or *psychologically hungry*
