the ultimate new york diet - day 3

i have been hard-boiling eggs for the last 3 days.
it is my mid-morning snack, which is allowed in my 'ultimate new york diet'.

now ladies and gentlemen, the author david kirsch has given the "recipe" for making:

perfect hard-boiled egg
ingredients: egg (duh)

1. put egg into saucepan
2. pour water into saucepan until egg is fully submerged
3. bring water to boil
4. once water is boiling, turn heat off and cover saucepan for 8 minutes
5. drain out the water, and run cold water over saucepan and egg (to stop cooking process)
6. once cool, enjoy your perfect hard-boiled egg

enjoy people...

oh! and i have been good today...
1. i had chicken salad for lunch
2. i didn't have a slice of birthday cake

it is amazing how true the book is. it actually said how you would feel when you start the diet.
first 3 days - you are wondering why do you even bother doing this diet...(exactly what i am feeling!)

but, hopefully there will be results soon.

mrs mumsie is so nice...i told her i don't think i can have another protein shake tonight...so she is buying nandos chicken. lovely!
