i have always wanted to participate in a marathon.
but as soon as i put that thought in my head, i instantly feel the cramp in my legs, the tiredness & worst...the inability to complete the race.
however, i do know that running a marathon would mean that i have reached optimum fitness (right?). so, this would mean that i would need to train...right?
i have exactly 10 days to train. of which, three will be spent in langkawi on my "second honeymoon".
that means, it's more like 7 days to train!!!!
here is the plan.
Day 1
5 Sun Salutations + Run for 30 mins around condo.
MUST MUST overcome fear of being attacked...:p
Day 2
10 Sun Salutations + Strength training (Side Leg Lifts, Lunges, Squats & Abs)
And basically alternate this until race day!
yikes.
whatever it is, i am
thanks to miss rosey mosey, who has been running for a long time (right?).
and good luck to all of us newbies that are going...
