boot camp workout


because i was so happy with her pilates workout, i thought i would try her 'Boot Camp Total Body Blast' workout.

the thing i like about her dvd workouts is that they are segmentised and you can mix & match the segments to make your own customised workout!

the workout starts with a 20-min Cardio Blast, which is more of an aerobics class. it consists of jumping, lunging and some kickboxing moves. tried it this morning. i couldn't last the whole 20 mins! which means its good. so, i strive to complete the 20 mins the next time!

the 2nd workout is a 20-min Strengthening exercise. I think this is more for toning (haven't tried it...) & firming.

and the final workout is a 10-min Flexilibility exercise. Involves a lot of stretching i imagine.

despite not completing the 20-min Cardio Blast, i still felt good after that. heart pumping, sweat pouring...nice.
