This is a new workout by 'Reebok' (pioneers of step aerobics - didn't know that!) and 'Cirque de Soleil'. The concept is really about swinging from the ceiling (like Monkeys) using a trapeze contraption called a 'Flyset'.
a 'Flyset' are actually adjustable loops and a weighted bar. you will be doing a range of exercises, which is meant to make your heart race a bit faster (in my case...a lot) while toning and lengthening your body.
No. 2: try out rock/wall climbing
been wanting to do this for years. but, never got round to doing it. i COULD give an "excuse" and say that i do not have anyone to go with me. but...really, i am just a procrastinator.
No. 3: be able to complete my 10km standard chartered race
i will be running through the light blue/aqua line. 10 km!
i have only started training TODAY (yikes!).
nevertheless, i shall persevere.
i shall persevere so much, that i actually signed up for another run in July!
the Shape Run 09 is going to be slightly different, because it will be a Night Run.
God knows what i have signed up for.
No. 4: buy a pair of christian louboutin heels

No. 5: lose 10 kilos...

this seems very...far fetched. especially since i am munching on a packet of 'Hello Panda' as i type.
and i am beginning to hate those 'are you pregnant?' questions, everytime i wear something baggy.

No. 6:...and be pregnant at the same time
therefore, no. 4 is kinda tough to achieve. especially since you put on AT LEAST 5 kilos when you get pregnant.
however, saying that...i can't WAIT to get pregnant!

No. 7:go for yoga classes again
been meaning to attend classes at 'Be Yoga' (owned and ran by my ex yoga instructor). however, have not been able to go. they DO have night classes, but that means that i won't be able to have dinner with mcdreamy.
hmm..then again...he DOES play badminton every monday.
will re-explore.
No. 8: go for dance classes again
i really really miss going for dance classes.
i miss that feeling i get after going for dance classes.
i feel graceful, strong and accomplished.
unfortunately, i have not been to a good dance class in malaysia yet.
will search for some contemporary dance classes.
No. 9: be happy with my job
on days when i am at home (working)...i feel satisfied and fulfilled.
but some days...when i am AT work (working)...i just feel like hanging myself.
why oh why do i NOT find WORK fun anymore!

No. 10: punch those who speaks badly of my family and loved ones
i find it really disrespectful when people speak badly of my family and loved ones...IN FRONT OF ME.
and have no decency to look guilty.
i would like to point out that:
- this shows what a bitch (non-gender specific. you can be a male bitch too) you really are.
- you have many flaws too. where shall we start...
- i am THERE. if you wanted to speak badly of them...please do it without me there.
- do not comment on something that does not have any involvement on your side. even IF one of the parties goes to you to confide. stay out of it, and don't try and attempt to position yourself as the "good one".
