so, when she partake some advice for my morning sickness, it is only natural that i take it.
ginger tea
- peel and slice about 2 inches of ginger.
- dry fry" the ginger in a pan (this means frying the ginger without oil...until it dries up)
- boil the ginger in a pot. i think i boiled it for about 20 mins. just taste it until it suits your taste.
- once you think it is done, add honey to make it sweet (again, add as much as you want till it suits your taste)
- pour it into a cup/teapot and enjoy your ginger drink. :)
