today, was a day full of surprises.
woke up this morning, feeling groggy. had a tough time sleeping after the many tears that fell from our "argument". things were said, feelings were hurt, cans were open.
needless to say, i was not in the best of moods
Note: mcdreamy did call me at 12 midnight to wish me happy v-day...despite everything. *love*
got into office, and had a looooong meeting till about 1pm. felt so hungry.
went to san fransico coffee to have my favourite roast beef on ciabatta (it truly is the best sandwich...EVER!) with miss mo mo.
then, went to tower records (she wanted to buy a v-day present for her hubby).and i bought myself a motown 5-disc special! ALL at RM47.90! bargaiiiinnnnn...:D
then, went back up to office. 5 more mins to the next meeting.
surprise surprise! there were a huge "something" on my desk. wot?
it was beautiful. my first thought was..."damn. now i feel so bad for berating him yesterday"...then, a minute later..."f***"...after another minute staring at the flowers while everyone went," ooOOooo, such nice floooweeers" (in a sing song voice), i was thinking...how do i call him!?
and that is when i had to let go of MY huge ego.
simple. i was wrong. an apology was required. and that was what i did.
sweetie, i am sorry. i have "retracted" my earlier post, because it is wrong to still have it there. you have been very "CONSIDERATE".
the FUNNIEST thing was, i actually wrote in my previous post, about how roses, chocolates, etc, are overrated Valentine's gifts. felt like an idiot.
tonight, we went to have dinner at Medan Selera Indah, with the hope that they will be showing The Amazing Race Asia 2 finale. they didn't have AXN. so we actually went home first to catch the 2nd half of the show.
and the winners were...Adrian and Collin -Gay Gym buddies

ANYWAY, to be FAIR to MYSELF...i got him a pretty cool gift. it was the Transformer's OLD SCHOOL Optimus Prime Model! It was first produced in 1985, and reproduced in 2007. New Transformer's toys are under Hasbro. This one was made by Takara Tomy (Japanese).
so...think all is forgiven...;)
